Agroecological Transition Manager (M-F)

Mission

As part of the rollout of our new strategy, we are recruiting within the Field Production service in France, an Agroecological Transition Manager (M/F)

You are responsible for deploying the agroecological transition strategy among the MAS Seeds field teams and our multiplier farmers.

In this context, you:

Participate in defining the strategy with your peers and your manager,
Coordinate and oversee the proper execution of the action plan defined in the context of the agroecological transition,
Lead the group of “action pilots” and ensure the interface between the different stakeholders of the program: Maisadour Cooperative – Group of producers – Technical team
Promote new practices to be implemented, follow up and animate their implementation
Enhance the skills of the technical team and the seed producers network
Produce reports monitoring your activity and keep abreast of research and innovations related to the agroecological transition

With a Bachelor+3/5 degree in agronomy and/or agro-environment, you have a first experience in project management and network animation. You are dynamic, curious, and like to take initiatives. You are familiar with seed production and its environmental challenges. You are a leader capable of influencing and supporting change. You are fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office.
